Small
Petersen Inc.’s small precision milling capabilities range from simple 2-axis work to 5-axis capabilities. Our envelope sizes range from 22 x 22 x 22-inch up to 50 x 50 x 50-inch (5-axis.) Several of our machines are equipped with rotary tables. We also offer journeyman experience throughout our machining facilities as well as experienced in-house programmers. The machines are housed in clean, climate controlled facilities to ensure high quality parts.
While Petersen Inc. is intimately familiar with common tool steels and aluminum, it is no stranger to exotic materials.

Mid-range
Petersen Inc.’s mid-range milling capabilities range from simple 2-axis work to 5-axis capabilities. Our 50-inch mill is capable of producing 5-axis parts 50-inch cube.
We also offer mid-range milling services up to 6 feet long x 6 feet high.
We also offer journeyman experience throughout our machining facilities as well as in-house programmers. The machines are housed in clean, climate controlled facilities to ensure high quality parts.
Large
Welcome to the land of the giants! At Petersen Inc., we offer some of the largest milling services in the United States ranging from 12 feet in height to 66 feet in length. These machines are CNC controlled, 4-axis and equipped with the necessary overhead crane tonnage to safely setup and produce precision large machined products.
We also offer two gantry-style mills ranging from 12 feet wide to 20 feet long. We also offer journeyman experience throughout our machining facilities as well as in-house programmers. The machines are housed in clean, climate controlled facilities to ensure high quality parts.
