Petersen Inc. produces petrochemical fabrication parts and field service projects for some of the largest petrochemical companies in the nation.
The petrochemical fabrication products we supply are piping, vessels, skids, modules and water purification units used in the oil and gas, power and process industries. Products also include pressure vessels (ranging from 4 inches thick to 24 feet outer diameter), separators, skimmers and scrubbers.
Modules
Petersen Inc. fabricates petrochemical modules of various sizes and shapes. These modules are then used to house piping and petrochemical equipment. The pre-fabrication process of each module project is meticulous and designed specifically for each project.
Modular construction is ideal for petrochemical applications in remote locations or where space is limited and traditional on-site fabrication is not feasible. We construct each module with the highest quality materials and structural integrity.
Piping
We provide the highest quality petrochemical piping to companies throughout the country, working closely with facilities to design, fabricate and install these piping systems.
Petrochemical piping is manufactured in our facilities and can be assembled either in the facilities or on-site. Petrochemical piping undergoes customer specified testing to ensure the structural integrity of the materials used. The piping used in conjunction with other products fabricated, such as petrochemical vessels, pipe racks, modules, skids and pump packages, create an effective and safe petrochemical piping system.
Skids
Petersen Inc. builds customized skid mounts for petrochemical processing equipment, which aid in the stability and provide mobility of the equipment and machinery as well as the function of the overall system. In any complex system, skids are used to make the equipment installation and use flexible.
We have produced a wide variety of options for petrochemical skids, and each project may be customized for its specific needs. Regardless of the exposure to elements, pressure or weight, our engineers can assist the fabrication process to ensure production of the highest quality.
Vessels
